Introduction
Mr. CAO Hanzhen, Deputy General Manager and Manager of Claims Division I of Claims Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in July 1996. He worked in COSCO Dalian for 17 years with the extensive experience in handling various disputes due to the vessels of tanker, LPG and bulk chemical tanker, and then worked as Manager of Shipping Department in Chinese-Tanzanian Joint Shipping Company from 2013 to 2017. He also serves as Director of China Maritime Law Association. He joined CPI in April 2017, he is in accordance with the relevant claims procedures and regulations of CPI, handling P&I, FD&D and TCL cases and inquires.
