Introduction
Mr. AN Qingsheng (Tony), Senior Claims Consultant. Mr. AN commenced his career as a claim handler in CPI from 1995 and gained over 30 years of working experience in the P&I industry. He has a profound understanding of all types of P&I risks and is proficient in handling claims in different countries. Mr. AN has a LL.B. Degree from Shanghai Maritime University and a LL.M. Degree from Renmin University of China. He’s also ever served as Senior Claims Manager in China P&I Services (Hong Kong) Ltd. for five years.
