Introduction
Mr. GUO Leinan (Felix), General Manager of Dalian Branch. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Maritime Affairs and an LL.M. Degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University, and has received the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He attended the training course in P&I insurance and loss prevention, achieving a Pass with Merit in the final assessment test in June 2020, and then visited The North of England Protecting and Indemnity Association Limited and UK P&I Club in New Castle and London in July 2000, where he studied theoretical and practical knowledge in respect of P&I, FDD claim handling and underwriting procedure. He worked in COSCO Dalian Company as a manager since 1997 and joined CPI in March 2003. As the General Manager, he is in charge of the integrated service in Dalian Branch, including claim handling, market development, loss prevention, administration and financial works.
