Introduction
Mr. CHEN Guoyun, Assistant General Manager of the Marketing & International Development Department. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the School of Journalism and Communication at Renmin University of China. He also participated in a one-year exchange program in Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He joined CPI in August 2017 and initially served in the Administration Department. Now he also serves as the Deputy Secretary-General, Shipping Finance Committee of China Institute of Navigation. He holds certificates for the PRC Legal Professional Qualification, the Economics Professional Qualification and the Translation Proficiency Qualification.
