General Manager, Beijing Branch

JIN Cong

Ms. JIN Cong, Director, General Manager of Beijing Branch. She graduated from the Insurance Department of Central University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in July 1994 and acquired an LL.M. Degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in July 2005. She joined CPI in July 1994, working in the Claims Department and becoming the General Manager of Claims Department in 2007. She was appointed as Deputy Director in 2013 and then Claims Director in 2016. In September 2017, she was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Branch. She started to serve as the General Manager of Beijing Branch in April 2020. Now she is responsible for the overall management of Beijing Branch, including HR, business services, public relations, administration, financial & budget management, management of fixed assets, as well as risk management, data management, knowledge management and information technology management, etc.

Senior Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Department

LI Fang

Ms. LI Fang, Senior Underwriting Manager of Underwriting Department, Senior Economist. She gained the Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance from Nankai University in 1997 and the Master’s Degree in Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics in 2003, and has been qualified as an insurance broker. She attended a training program at Steamship Mutual in UK from 2014 to 2015. She joined CPI in October 2000, working as an Underwriting Assistant and then Deputy Underwriter, and is now responsible for the underwriting service for Members in Shanghai and Tianjin.

Senior Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Department

GUO Zhenlei

Mr. GUO Zhenlei, Senior Underwriting Manager of Underwriting Department. He received the Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of International Shipping Management from Dalian Maritime University in July 1999, the Master’s Degree in Transportation Planning and Management from Chang’an University in December 2006, and an MBA degree from Renmin University of China in July 2008. He attended a training program at Skuld in UK from 2014 to 2015. He joined CPI in August 1999, working as an Underwriting Assistant and then Deputy Underwriter and is now responsible for the underwriting service for Members in North China.

Senior Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Department

ZHANG Xiaolong

Mr. ZHANG Xiaolong, Senior Underwriting Manager of Underwriting Department. He graduated from Foreign Language Department, PLA University of Foreign Language in 1999. He joined CPI in January 2009, working as Deputy Underwriter and is now responsible for the underwriting service for Members in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces.

Senior Claims Manager, Claims Department II

MA Xueling (Sunny)

Ms. MA Xueling (Sunny), Senior Claims Manager of Claim Department II. She gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in July 2001 and a Master’s Degree in Economic Law from Renmin University of China in June 2013. She attended an exchange program at Steamship Mutual in UK from September to December 2012. She holds the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. She joined CPI in August 2001, working as a Claims Handler and then Claims Manager and is now responsible for dealing with P&I claims cases.

Senior Claims Manager, Claims Department I

YANG Ying (Ingrid)

Ms. YANG Ying (Ingrid), Senior Claims Manager of Claim Department I. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Law from Dalian Maritime University in July 2000, a Master’s Degree in International Maritime Management from Bournemouth University in September 2001, and a Master Degree in Maritime Law from University of Southampton in September 2002. She joined CPI in August 2003, working as a Claims Handler and then Claims Manager, and is mainly responsible for P&I claims cases.
