    CAO Shufeng

    Mr. CAO Shufeng is the General Manager of CPI Services (UK) Ltd., responsible for managing the overall operations and developing strategic plans of the company. Mr. Cao obtained an LL.B. degree, specialising in Maritime Law from Shanghai Maritime University in 1991. Upon graduation, he worked in Tianjin Maritime Court for three years. Before joining CPI in 2017, Mr. Cao has accumulated rich practical experience as the Partner of leading maritime law firms in China. He primarily engaged in legal work related to the P&I Clubs for over 20 years.


  • In-house Solicitor

    Peter GULVANESSIAN

    Mr. Peter A. R. GULVANESSIAN, In-House Solicitor of CPI Services (UK) Ltd.. He obtained a B.A. (Hons.) in Combined Arts (Ancient History and Classical Civilisation) from the University of Newcastle in 1998 and an M.A. in International Studies, including public international law from the University of Durham in 1999. He completed the Common Professional Exam (CPE) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law from 1999 to 2001. He was qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2009, and maintains a practising certificate. He previously worked for over 8 years in private practice handling disputes in London (LMAA) arbitration. He joined CPI in August 2017 to support English law advice services and the training of Members in terms of English law/shipping issues.


  • Executive Assistant

    YU Haiyan

    Ms. YU Haiyan works as an executive assistant at CPI Services (UK) Ltd. She obtained a MA in International Management from Queen Mary University of London in 2004 after graduating from China Medical University in Medicine Laboratory in 2002. She engaged in administration work in Chinese companies with rich experience in administrative management. She joined CPI Services (UK) Ltd. in April 2022 and manages financial and executive affairs.
