Mr. CHEN Xuefeng, Member of Marketing & Membership Committee, General Manager of Loss Prevention Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in International Economic Law in June 1991 and a Master’s Degree in Logistics Engineering in 2007. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He previously worked with COSCO and HNA Group and has led a career in the shipping industry for over 25 years. He joined CPI in July 2016 and oversees the Loss Prevention Department.

Capt. WANG Yong, Deputy General Manager of Loss Prevention Department, Marine Master. He obtained a Bachelor‘s Degree in Navigational Technology from Dalian Maritime University in September 2001 and a Master’s Degree in Maritime Safety and Environment Management from World Maritime University in August 2014. He has more than 10 years of sea-going experience in charge of ship operation, crew management and cargo operation business. He joined CPI in May 2016, and is responsible for loss prevention materials posting, technical supporting, lecturing, ship visiting and other loss prevention works.

Capt. CHENG Yanmin, Assistant General Manager, Consultant, Loss Prevention Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Ocean-Going Ship Manoeuvring from Shanghai Maritime University in July 2000 and a Master’s Degree in Economic Law from Capital University of Economics and Business in June 2017. He worked onboard in IMC SHIPPING CO. PTE. LTD. from 2000 to 2008. He joined CPI in March 2008 worked as Inspection Manager. Appointed as Assistant General Manager in April 2020, he is responsible for ship condition survey and participate routine loss prevention works.

Capt. WEI Yuliang, Senior Loss Prevention Manager, Marine Master. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Navigational Technology from Shanghai Maritime University in June 1993, and has nearly 20 years of sea-going experience and 5 years working experience in ship manager companies. He joined CPI in December 2017, and is responsible for loss prevention works.

Mr. Zhang Panlong currently serves as Senior Manager of the Loss Prevention Department. He graduated from Jimei University with a major in Nautical Science in July 2009, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in July 2021. He holds an Unlimited Class I Master Mariner Certificate, a Class A Registered Ship Surveyor qualification, and a Class A Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He previously served at globally renowned shipping companies, progressing through positions successively as Deck Cadet, Third Officer, Second Officer, Chief Officer, and Master; he subsequently served as Marine Superintendent at a globally renowned ship management company and as Ship Surveyor at a prominent classification society. In July 2026, he joined the China P&I Club as Senior Manager of the Loss Prevention Department, responsible for loss prevention and ship safety related consulting and publicity work.

Ms. PANG Tong, Loss Prevention Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Shipping Management from Dalian Maritime University in September 2015. She joined CPI in February 2018, and is responsible for supporting loss prevention function and handling daily administrative affairs.
