Mr. CHEN Zhigao, Assistant Managing Director of CPI, General Manager of Hull Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in International Law (Maritime Law) from Shanghai Maritime University in July 2000 and an MBA Degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in July 2012. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He also serves as Director of China Maritime Law Association, Member of Maritime Security Committee of China Shipowners' Association. He joined CPI in July 2000 worked as an executive of Underwriting Department, deputy syndicate manager, syndicate manager, deputy manager, and general manager of Hull Department. Currently he is responsible for assisting Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director in taking charge of hull underwriting and claims handling.

Ms. HUYAN Yuxiang (Aky), Assistant General Manager of Hull Department. She graduated from University of Southampton Law School in 2004 and obtained an LL.M Degree in Maritime Law. She holds a legal Professional Qualification (PRC Law) and She also has training and study experience at Dalian Maritime University, AXA-XL Head Office as well as a number of Lloyd's Syndicates. She joined CPI in June 2005, and has since then been responsible for underwriting jobs for marine hull, IV and War Risks. Being prompted to the Deputy General Manager of Hull Department in April 2023, she was assigned with the responsibility of underwriting and full services to hull members.

Mr. MA Ying (Victor), Deputy General Manager of Hull Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in July 2004 and a Master’s Degree in International Law (Maritime Law) from Shanghai Maritime University in July 2006. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He started his career as a Commercial Manager in an ocean shipping company from 2006 to 2015 and then as a Marine Underwriterin a property insurance company for a year. He also serves as Director of China Maritime Law Association. He joined CPI in May 2017, and was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of Hull Department, he handles daily hull claims.

Mr. LIU Jiale (Jeremy), Assistant General Manager of Hull Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Marine Technology in July 2014 and an LL.M. Degree in Maritime Law in July 2016 from Dalian Maritime University. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate and a Third Officer Certificate. He joined CPI in August 2016 started serve as Claims Executive. He mainly handles H&M claims.

Mr. YIN Yibai, Senior Underwriting Manager of Hull Department. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Marine Technology in July 2015 and a Master’s Degree of Engineering in Transport Planning and Management in July 2017 from Shanghai Maritime University. He joined CPI in August 2017 and provides underwriting service for Hull members.

Ms. XIAO Yunjie (Rachel), Underwriting Manager of Hull Department. She obtained an LL.B. Degree in Maritime Law in July 2016 and an LL.M. Degree in International Law in July 2018 from Shanghai Maritime University. She holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. She joined CPI in August 2018 and is responsible for underwriting of H&M and other relevant insurances.

Mr. HUANG Zheng (Ronald), Underwriting Manager of Hull Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in Law in June 2019 from Law School, Southwest University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. Degree in Maritime Law in September 2021 from Law School, University of Southampton. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He joined CPI in January 2022 and served as a H&M underwriting assistant.

Ms. Xiang Linhan, Claim Manager of the Hull Department. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Jiangsu University, followed by a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a Ph.D. in Law from Dalian Maritime University. During her doctoral studies, she was awarded a scholarship by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for a joint doctoral training program in the United Kingdom, where she also obtained an LL.M. Degree in International Maritime Law from Swansea University. Ms. Xiang holds the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. She joined the CPI in January 2026 and is responsible for providing hull and machinery claims services.

Mr. SHAO Xinyu (Huey) currently serves as a Claim Assistant of Hull Department. He graduated from the School of Law at Changzhou University in July 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws degree in Economic Law; he  graduated from the School of Law at Shanghai Maritime University in July 2024 with a Master of Laws degree in International Law (Maritime Law). He has studied Commercial Law at the University of Putra  Malaysia and European Economic Politics and Diplomacy at  Warsaw University in Poland. Mr. Huey Shao holds a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China. He joined the China Shipowners Mutual Assurance  Association in July 2024 as a Claim Assistant.

Ms. Tang Xinyue (Maki), Underwriting Assistant of Hull Department. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Trade from Jimei University in 2022, followed by a Master's Degree in English Interpreting from the University of International Business and Economics in 2025. Her international experience includes a study program on China-CEE relations at the Warsaw School of Economics. Ms. Tang joined CPI in July 2025.
