Mr. ZHENG Yuhui, Senior Claims Manager and Deputy Manager of Claims Division II of Claims Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree and an LL.M. Degree both in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. Before joined CPI in August 2015, he took internships in several well-known Maritime Law related law firms. He served as Claims Assistant and then Claims Executive of Dalian Branch from 2015 to 2019, then promoted as Senior Claims Manager of CPI in 2023. He is responsible for providing claims and consulting services for Members in Shanghai, working as Claims Manager for the department, drafting the Claims Guidance for the Claims Committee.
