Ms. YANG Ying (Ingrid), Senior Claims Manager of Claim Department. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Law from Dalian Maritime University in July 2000, a Master’s Degree in International Maritime Management from Bournemouth University in September 2001, and a Master Degree in Maritime Law from University of Southampton in September 2002. She joined CPI in August 2003, working as a Claims Handler and then Claims Manager, and is mainly responsible for P&I claims cases.
