On August 1st, 2016 CPI saw its total entered tonnage exceeding 39 million GT, hitting all-time highs with 39,400,000GT after 2 VALMAX vessels, "ORE BRASIL" and "ORE ITALIA" commercial managed by Hong Kong member, China Merchants Group-Hong Kong Mingwah Shipping Co., Ltd., entered the club. 

By far, CPI covers 8 VALEMAX vessels. With the implementation of iron ore transportation strategy cooperation by China shipping enterprises and Vale SA, the Club is expected to cover more VALMAX vessels in near future.
