On 28 June, the 59th Board Meeting of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association was convened in Shanghai. 

Vice Chairman Gao Yanming, Director Yang Zhijian, Director Liu Hanbo, Director Xie Chunlin, Director Zhao Yaoming, Director Xue Chaochun, Director Wang Yanping, Director Chen Xiangwang, Director Chen Deyin and Director Liu Gengbao attended the Meeting. Appointed by Chairman Xu Lirong, Vice Chairman Gao Yanming presided over the Meeting. Managing Director Song Chunfeng and other relevant personnel from the Managers were present.

At the Meeting, 2017 Annual Working Report, 2018 Annual Working Plan and multiple proposals were considered and approved.
