37th General Meeting of Members in Shenyang
On 5 July, the 37th General Meeting of Members of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association was convened in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
55 members appointed proxies, and 100 members entrusted the Managers in writing with attending and voting at the Meeting. Appointed by Chairman Xu Lirong, Managing Director Mr. Song Chunfeng presided over the Meeting.
At the Meeting, 2017 Annual Working Report and Financial Report were considered and approved, and Proposal for the Regulation on Calls of the Association and Proposal for the Election of the Board of Directors of the Association were agreed.
