On the morning of 27 July, CPI entered into strategic cooperation framework agreement with Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in Beijing.

Pursuant to the framework agreement, two parties agree to make joint efforts to carry out and deepen strategic cooperation in ship insurance, finance, investment, etc. by means of giving full play to respective advantages and sharing customer resources. Managing Director of CPI Mr. Song Chunfeng, Chairman Mr. Zhou Wei together with President Ms. Wan Xiaofang of Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Liu Yutong and Ship Leasing Business Department President Yang Jingwei inked the framework agreement on behalf of CPI and Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. respectively.

As a leading ship leasing company in China, Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. owns and operates over 300 large ships. In addition to cooperation in ship insurance, there exists great potential for both parties to seek cooperation in and development of financial services, including equity, credit, fund, etc.
