CPI, COSCO Shipping Captive Insurance and Shanghai Comprehensive Marine Services Signs Strategic Cooperation Memorandum
On 15 April in the afternoon, COSCO Shipping Captive Insurance, CPI and Shanghai Comprehensive Marine Services signed the Strategic Cooperation Memorandum at CPI’s Shanghai Headquarters. COSCO Shipping Captive Insurance Member of the Board and General Manager Mr. Zheng Xiaozhe, CPI Managing Director Dr. Song Chunfeng and Shanghai Comprehensive Marine Services President Mr. Zhang Dali delivered speeches. CPI Deputy Managing Director Mr. Gong Xiqian hosted the ceremony.
Mr. Zheng Xiaozhe congratulated the successful signing of the tripartite Strategic Cooperation Memorandum, which he hopes will foster closer communication and cooperation in fields such as risk management, information systems development, product partnership and case handling. Dr. Song Chunfeng spoke about his anticipations for the genuine partnership, and believes that the Memo will create significant and lasting effects, as well as help all parties provide better service to members and create mutually beneficial outcomes. Mr. Zhang Dali expressed his appreciation for everyone’s support. Backed by the tripartite platform, this is an opportunity for all parties to utilize advantages and integrate resources in order to provide excellent customer service.
Following the speeches, COSCO Shipping Captive Insurance Deputy General Manager Ms. Liang Yan, CPI Deputy Managing Director Mr. Liu Yutong and Shanghai Comprehensive Marine Services President Mr. Zhang Dali represented their respective parties to sign the Memo. The Memo, based on the principle of equal benefits, resource integration, mutual promotion and collective advancements, aims to improve customer service, case handling collaborations and insurance guarantee cooperation, all of which will contribute to the development of China’s marine insurance market.
Representatives from the three parties were also in attendance of the ceremony.
