The 39th Annual General Meeting of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance was held in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, on 20 June 2019, presided by Dr. Song Chunfeng, the Managing Director of the Association.

Delegates from 61 members were in attendance and voted in the meeting whilst the majority of the members (71 members) authorized the Managers of the Association to vote on their behalf.

The meeting reviewed and passed the Annual Work Report and Financial Report for the 2018 Policy Year and also deliberated and passed the Proposal for “the Review of the Assets Management Measures of China Shipowners Mutual Association”, the Proposal for “the Re-Election of Board Directors” and the Proposal for “the Review and Amendments to the Bye-Laws of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association”.
