On 17 June 2020, the tenth session of the 12th China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association Board of Directors was convened in Shanghai.

Chairman Mr. Xu Lirong, directors Mr. Yang Zhijian, Mr. Liu Hanbo, Mr. Yu Bing, Mr. Wang Yanping, Mr. Chen Wei, Mr. Chen Xiangwang, Mr. Xue Chaochun, Mr. Liu Gengbao, and candidate directors Mr. Gu Jinsong, Ms. Si Liang, Mr. Yang Xianxiang attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Chairman Mr. Xu Lirong. CPI Managing Director Dr. Song Chunfeng and relevant personnel were also in attendance.

The Board deliberated on and passed the 2019 Policy Year Work Report, 2020 Policy Year Work Plan and various other special reports and proposals.

Before the meeting, Chairman Mr. Xu Lirong inspected China P&I Centre and expressed his appreciation to all the staff.
