Mr. YU Yonghao, Claims Assistant of Claims Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in June 2021, and an LL.M. Degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in June 2024. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He joined CPI in July 2024 and is responsible for assisting P&I claims services.

Mr. LIN Jiale, Claims Assistant of Claims Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in Maritime Law from Shanghai Maritime University in June 2023, and an LL.M. Degree in International Maritime Law from Swansea University in November 2024. He joined CPI in January 2025 and is responsible for assisting P&I claims services.

Mr. LI Shangheng (Tim), Assistant of Claims Department. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in Maritime Law from Shanghai Maritime University in June 2023, and an LL.M. Degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University in November 2024. He joined CPI in May 2025 and is responsible for assisting P&I and TCL claims services and relevant supporting works.

Ms. ZHANG Xiaohan, Claim Assistant of the Claims Department. She obtained a B.Eng. in Navigation Technology from Shandong Jiaotong University in July 2022 and an LL.M. in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in July 2025. During her graduate studies, she also earned an LL.M. in International Maritime Law from Swansea University, UK. She joined CPI in July 2025 and is now responsible for P&I claims and relevant supporting work.

Ms. Fang Wenwen is a Claims Assistant in the Claims Department, graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in June 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Law, majoring in Maritime Law, and graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in June 2025 with a Master’s Degree of Law, majoring in International Law. Ms. Fang holds a certificate of legal profession of the People's Republic of China. She joined China Shipowners Mutual Insurance Association in July 2025, and is responsible for P&I insurance case handling and other related claims support work.

Ms. Miao Wenqing currently serves as a Claims Manager in the Claims Department. She graduated successively from the Law School of Shanghai International Studies University, where she received dual bachelor's degrees in Law and English, and during her studies, she went to France as an exchange student to study European Union law; from Peking University Law School, where she obtained a master's degree in Law (Maritime Law); and from the International Law School of China University of Political Science and Law, where she earned a doctoral degree in International Law (Maritime Law). During her doctoral studies, she was awarded a Scholarship by the China Scholarship Council and undertook a joint doctoral training program at Leiden University in the Netherlands. Ms. Miao holds the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China and the Test for English Majors Band 8 Certificate. She joined CPI in July 2026 and is responsible for claims handling.

Ms. SHI Jiyuan, Claims Assistant of Claims Department. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in June 2023, and a master’s degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in June 2026. She holds a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate of People’s Republic of China. She joined CPI in July 2026 and is responsible for assisting P&I claims services.

Ding Bowen currently serves as a Claims Assistant in the Claims Department of the China P&I Club. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Traffic and Transportation (2021) and obtains a Master of Laws in International Law (2026), both from Shanghai Maritime University. Mr. Ding is a qualified legal professional, holding the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China. Since joining the Club in July 2026, he has been primarily responsible for handling P&I claims and providing related claims support.

Ms.Ye Zi currently serves as a Claim Assistant in the Claims Department. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles in June 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. She joined the China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association in August 2026 and is currently responsible for claims support work.
