Mr. MA Ying (Victor), Deputy General Manager of Hull Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in July 2004 and a Master’s Degree in International Law (Maritime Law) from Shanghai Maritime University in July 2006. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He started his career as a Commercial Manager in an ocean shipping company from 2006 to 2015 and then as a Marine Underwriterin a property insurance company for a year. He joined CPI in May 2017, and was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of Hull Department, he handles daily hull claims.
