Mr. JIA Peng, Deputy Managing Director, LLM in International Law from Dalian Maritime University, holds certificates such as the Legal Professional Qualification and the Lawyer Qualification of the People's Republic of China. He joined China P&I Club in 2000, and held positions as Syndicate Manager and Deputy General Manager of Claims Department, General Manager of Strategic Development Department, General Manager of Risk & Compliance Department, General Manager of International Development Department, and Assistant Managing Director of China P&I Club. With over 15 years working in claims handling ranging from P&I, FD&D and Charterers Comprehensive Cover, he also has extensive experience in enterprise strategy and management, risk control, sanctions, compliance, legal, Club Rules and documents. Mr. Jia also holds positions as General Manager of Shanghai P&I Services Co., Ltd. and Secretary General of the Insurance and Law Committee of China Shipowners Association, Member of the Maritime Insurance Law Committee of the China Maritime Law Association, Arbitrator of Dalian International Arbitration Commission, and Arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission.
