2月1日，世界卫生组织在日内瓦召开紧急委员会会议，就寨卡病毒问题进行了讨论。会议结束后，呼吁国际社会协调应对“国际关注的公共卫生紧急事件”。作为预防性措施，世卫组织建议加强对寨卡病毒传播的监测，推动落实控蚊及适当的个人防护措施。

Since March 2016 China has required a mosquito eradication certificate for cargoes originating from countries at risk from the Zika virus. At present there are around 68 countries on the ‘at risk’ list, including the US which is China’s largest trading partner.
