Mr. Li graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1985, majored in Marine Engineering and got Bachelor Degree. He attended a three-month training program at SKULD and Norwegian Hull Club in Norway, studying IG Club’s Condition survey regime, understanding Mutual Hull Insurance, and knowing the Mechanism and Operation of War Club. He has 10 years of working experience on board of Ocean-going ships as Marine Engineer at Tianjin Ocean Shipping Company. He joined CPI in November 1995, initially responsible for technical service, correspondents jobs and the set-up of CPI’s Mutual Hull business. He was then promoted to the position of General Manager of Hull Department and then Assistant Managing Director, responsible for both Hull business and Technical Services; He was later promoted to Hull Director, assigned with the responsibility for Hull business and Loss Prevention. He obtained an LL.B. Degree in International Law (Maritime Law) from Shanghai Maritime University in July 2000 and an MBA Degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in July 2012. He holds a PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. He joined CPI in July 2000 worked as an executive of Underwriting Department, deputy syndicate manager, syndicate manager, and deputy manager of Hull Department. Appointed general manager of Hull Department in September 2017, he is responsible for daily operation of Hull Department.[/li]
