Mr. ZHOU joined CPI in August 1994 and served as Deputy Director of Claims Department, Claims Supervisor of Claims Department, Director of Claims Department and General Manager of FDD & TCL Department. With about 30 years experience, she is a specialist in P&I claims handling, focusing mainly on cargo claims, bill of lading dispute, collision, personal injuries, salvage, and marine pollution.
