Based on the information provided by Ukrainian correspondents CIS PANDI SERVICES LTD and DIAS MARINE CONSULTING PC, please be advised with the following update:

1. Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration advised that ports of Ust-Dunaisk, Izmail and Reni operate, there is no detailed information as to the volume of operation.
2. Other Ukrainian ports are still closed for vessels’ arrivals and departures. Cargo operations at most terminals are not carried out.
3. Reportedly Odessa Commercial Sea Port is going to resume release of the containers with imported foodstuff and essentials to the Ukrainian receivers.
4. M/v HELT (IMO: 8402589, flag: Panama) which was fired upon by Russian forces and received a hole below the waterline on 03/03/2022, unfortunately sank the same day. All crewmembers were rescued in satisfactory condition.
5. On 07/03/2022 Russian forces attacked Olvia port, in particular territory owned by Quatar company “QTerminals Olvia”. No injured persons.
