Ms. YU Min, Director, Member of Investment Management Committee, General Manager of Accounting Department, Senior Accountant. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Economics in International Insurance in June 1993 and a Master’s Degree in Accounting in June 2010 from Central University of Finance and Economics, and attended a training program at Phoenix Capital Holdings Limited in Hong Kong from December 1998 to March 1999. Ms. Yu is a certificate holder of CPA (non-practicing member) and a guest supervisor of School of Accounting, Central University of Finance and Banking. She joined CPI in July 1993. she has been responsible for establishing financial system and implementing financial management under the requirements of fiscal and tax laws, regulations as well as internal control to achieve strategic development and business objectives.

Mr. JIA Peng, Assistant Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, Member of Investment Management Committee, General Manager of Strategy/Risk & Compliance Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Maritime Law in July 2000 and an LL.M. Degree in International Law in July 2005 from Dalian Maritime University. Mr. JIA Peng holds the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate and Lawyer’s Qualification Certificate. He joined CPI in August 2000 and was responsible for Claims Handling of P&I, TCL, FD&D and Major Maritime Casualty until June 2016. He was General Manager of Law and Risk Control Department from July 2016 and August 2017, and General Manager of Strategic Development Department from September 2017 and May 2020. Appointed as Supervisor of CPI Management Company in May 2016, Director of Compliance and Legal in January 2019, and General Manager of Strategy/Risk & Compliance Department in June 2020, he oversees the management and affairs of the Strategy/Risk & Compliance Department and is in charge of strategic development, enterprise management, major affairs of the board of directors, risk control, compliance, legal affairs, sanctions, etc.
